Crystal recently sent me this great reminder.
Pause changes in Midlife, from just a verb, to also a noun, becoming “The Pause”. A time when things, singularly, or plural, occur to “set you off your keister”, as my Mom would say.
My event, that started that awakening, was our daughter leaving home for a University thousands of miles away. Crystal’s was something completely different, but like me, woke us, from a deep sleep.
Our book, Just Push Play- on Midlife, starts with our first pillar exploring “The Pause”, and our navigation through that murky water. This chapter’s Play includes the ABC’s of how I Love Me, and explores the secret to opening the backdoor of your heart.
